But while they might be painful in a certain kind of way to even think about, it is far more profitable to constructively analyse the particular experience, and extract lessons that can help you avoid making the same mistake, and/or effect a more satisfying outcome when

similar situations arise. When you consider what worked, you can build on that to improve your effectiveness. And when you consider what did not work, you can avoid repeating that.

I recently gave a presentation where for the most part I thought I did okay. But when it was over, I realised I forgot to mention a few important things I had in my notes. I also realised that I did not end in the way that I really wanted to. When I think about these mistakes, it is somewhat painful, and I wonder if my ineffective ending was very noticeable. But if I were to simply just try to blot it out of my mind, I would be missing out on an opportunity to be more effective. This is significant to know, as depending on the kind you are pursuing, you will need to know what factors are most important. So having said that, let us proceed to look at the points you need to embrace:

1. Be pretty -This is very important. It is a point that tends to get overlooked, but it is the first thing to be concerned about. If you’re trying to get the high quality guys, then you must have a pretty face. You should also have a good looking body. Now the high quality guys might be willing to overlook some flaws in the body (you know, a little too much weight here or there), as they reason that such things can be improved upon with a little work. If you don’t have a pretty face, you can try getting one of the other kind of guys. Their most important concern is your body. Keep things on the big side, and you’ll be alright.

2. Learn to cook well. All men appreciate a girl who can cook. We like to envision the time when we can come home from a hard day’s work, knowing that we can expect a warm delicious meal awaiting. As someone who has been getting way too many gray hairs way too early, I started doing some research on how to slow this down, or even reverse it altogether. As I was looking around, I started to read stuff about shampoo for gray hair. Here I just want to share a little of what I’ve learnt about this stuff.

My first thoughts when I started reading up on shampoo for grey hair, was, is it that the shampoo helps reverse or slow down the graying? Or is it that the shampoo makes the gray hairs look and feel better (ie. basically taking care of the hair)? Or is it that the shampoo colours the hair so that the greys become less noticeable? What exactly does gray hair shampoo refer to?

As it turns out, they have shampoos that cater to all three questions that came to mind. However, for the first question, I don’t think they actually claim reversal of the greying. Some grey hair shampoo products do claim a delay in the graying process though. If you are interested in reversing gray hair to its natural colour, you might be interested in this article on how to reverse gray hair.

It is said that omega 3 can penetrate the hair follicles, and does help to preserve the natural hair colour. So if you still have non-gray hair, you could try looking for shampoo with omega 3.

One shampoo that I learnt about which is supposed to help preserve your natural hair color is Emu shampoo. Please note that I am not trying to sell anything here, and I do not really know how effective this shampoo is. Every now and then some guys are faced with the dilemma of dating. Most seem to worry about what to say and not to say, and just how to go about impressing her. But I want to suggest a better approach, and I’ll here give my dating advice for men. The question is, should you or should you not date?

Well I won’t give any categorical answers here. However, I have never had any good experiences with this sort of activity. This is a dangerous thing to get involved in. Relationships have ended as a result of this questionable practice.

I liken dating to walking through a mine field, where the explosives are inconspicuous, and you’re also blindfolded. Madness I say! You see, if you are like most men and can’t read minds, then you’re in for trouble. For the girls spend a great deal of their time thinking of what their ideal date should be, and if you don’t measure up to their silly expectations, then you stand to lose everything. You could be doing everything right, and when you decide to compliment her by telling her she is not so bad looking, she explodes for some reason. Probably at that point in her script, she had things a little different. And for some reason, she expects you to read her mind to know just what pleases her. You could even be looking out for her best interest by skipping dessert, and even when you explain that you don’t want her getting any fatter, she explodes.

So my advice is to try to avoid the dating game. If you want to go somewhere or do something, while having the girl along, then just try to do that without giving the impression that you’re going on some girly date. If you get caught in a position where you can’t avoid it, I wish you luck. You’ll certainly need it.

Now, having said all that, I will concede that it might be possible that in some cases, the dating thing could just be a good strategy. But, I can’t think of any such case right now.
